MEMBERSHIP

I just charged an extra $25 this month. What is this for?
Every January & June we charge a $25 Upgrade fee. Most gyms have a much higher annual fee that goes towards standard maintenance. Our lower fees go directly to member benefits. New equipment, more amenities etc. When possible, we even let our members vote on what they want to see in their gym. If you pay to be part of The Nation - then you should have say in how the facility works for you.
 
How do I check in?
When you sign up, you will be given your own specific code. When you come in to workout, simply use the iPad to enter your code & youre done!

I am new to the gym scene. I imagine a bunch of meat heads everywhere. Is The Nation like this?
NO! We pride ourselves on being a family friendly gym. We have MANY older members, MANY young members, women members & everyone is very friendly and helpful. Please feel free to come in and meet our trainers to discuss any concerns you many have. We want you to feel comfortable, safe & free to workout in a place that encourages support for fellow members!

What is the cost of personal training?
Very common question. This really depends on the trainer, your length of training, if you would want nutrition coaching included, how many people are signing up for training etc. Lots of variables. Please feel free to come in for a no pressure & free consultation to discuss your goals to see if The Nation is  a good fit for you!

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated per our Shipping & Returns page.
 
 Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
 
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us HERE with your order number. If you did and a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


ORDERS

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
 
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. 
 
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us HERE within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
 

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?
We don’t typically offer returns, but we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you have an issue, please let us know by contacting us HERE and we will do all that we can to make it right!
 
Do you offer refunds?
Full refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us HERE with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
 
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges - this is because each item you order is made on demand & specifically for you.
